Bishop Dr. Victor Gill gave his life to Christ at age seventeen under the ministry of
Bishop Dr. Alister Alexander of the Day Break Assembly where he was thought the
Word and began his Christian journey.
Bishop Gill has been in ministry since 1988. During this period he has attained a
certificate in building construction and masonry, Diploma in Theology from the West
Indies School of Theology. B.A. degree in Pastoral Theology, Master of Divinity degree
and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Caribbean Collage of The Bible International
(CCBI). He has served in the capacity of Vice President and financial administrator for
Caribbean Collage of The Bible International (CCBI).
Bishop Gill has written and published three books: (1) Biblical Principles of Success, (2)
Spiritual Warfare (3) Living Effectively with People. He has produce and hosted two
television programs on the number one Christian Mercy and Truth Ministries TV, Light in
the Word and Gospel Friday. Also a radio program Light in the Word on two for our most
popular radio stations, 98.1fm and power 102 fm. He hosted two (2) successful national
All Night Prayer. The first at the Jean Pierre Sport Complex and the second via radio.
He currently streams all church services live on youtube.

Throughout his ministry his message has remained consistent “Holiness, Repentance,
Jesus is coming soon and Hell is real”. His Motto “There is a Heaven to gain and a Hell
to shun”. Bishop Gill is the senior pastor of Redemption Christian Centre. He is the
overseer of three other branch churches nationally as well as Zambia, South Africa,
Zimbabwe and India internationally.
He is the spiritual father and leader of up coming pastors both nationally and
internationally. Under his ministry there has been prophecies and miracles such as;
• The fall of the World Trade Centre.
• The legalizing of Homosexuality in America.
• Guns in the hands of common men
• Barren women having children.
• Thyroid being healed.
• A person healed from AIDS.
• A baby’s brain miraculously formed after doctors declared the child has NO brain.
